Project Manager – UMTS network Pre/Post Launch Managed and
delivered turnkey UMTS multi-Carrier (1st – 5th Carrier)
project, while prepping for upcoming LTE. The work area was for the entire
states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana for 2000+ Carriers expansion
and overlay till then. I was also serving as primary POC to the Market for
coordination and communication between the markets’s various vendors, and our
onsite and remote teams, which was the key factor in achieving success in
this project whose scope of work included the following: ·
RND-CIQ –
Managed dedicated resources for creation of RND-CIQ, while planning work in
way such that the RND-CIQ are ready for scripting 60 days in advance. ·
MSCDT –
(for Louisiana Only) Managed information flow from RND-CIQ resource to
dedicated MSCDT resource, and ATT Design Engineer to file for MSC / TND
builds in a timely manner. ·
Alarm
Monitoring / Clearing – Track turf work completions, and integrations. Once
completed, managed the alarm lists, and tracked issues. With the help of
dedicated UTRAN engineer determined if issue could be resolved remotely, if
not then schedule for dispatch of vendors, respective of the issue. ·
Pre Drive
Parameter Audits and Neighbor Builds – While sites are in alarm clearing,
engage engineers to audit the built and function parameters to be at at&t
Gold standards, check and built for missing neighbors, make sure
market/carrier based layer management strategy is employed, and the sites are
prepped for drive test. ·
Drive Test
Activity – Managed assets and resources for Drive test purposes (Tool used –
TEMS). Forecasting work volume and assuring resources are in place to handle
the work load. ·
Post
Processing Activity (remote team) – Made sure that the remote post processing
team is ready, and delivering reports as planned (Tools used: Actix /
MapInfo), and provide forecasts to make sure resources are available to
